Sending Email with telnet

To send an email with telent, run

telnet MAIL_SERVER_IP 25

On the prompt, type the following

ehlo localhost
mail from: 
rcpt to: 
data
Subject: Testing

This is text email.
.
quit

Email need to be specified within < and > symbols.
